This poor lady had a bit of a predicament…. Got a tattoo originally that she was not satisfied with, then let a scratcher artist convince her he could cover it…. FAIL…. She then went through numerous laser treatments, that left her with quite a bit of scarring, not a typical outcome…. She now has a tattoo she is happy with
